Returns

We want you to love your Suvastram purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• In its original condition, unused and unwashed
  
• With all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any) intact
  
• Free from any damage, stains, or alterations
  

Items that are returned worn, used, damaged, or without original packaging will not qualify for a refund.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return – Log in to your account and request a return from the "My Orders" section.
   
2. Schedule Pick-up – Our courier partner will arrange a pick-up from your delivery address.
   
3. Return the Item – Hand over the securely packed product to the courier representative.
   
4. Refund Processed – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
   

Refund Timeline

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after the returned product passes inspection.
